What Knowhere is

Knowhere strips geography down to raw spatial memory. You are shown a completely blank globe with no country labels, borders, or map features. One country appears as a cyan reference point to help you anchor yourself. Your task is to guess the location of a named country on that empty sphere. You can drag to spin the globe, then place your guess where you think the country sits and submit it for scoring. Each game consists of five rounds, and once you submit, the next round begins. The Daily Challenge offers one new puzzle each day, while Practice mode gives you random unlimited puzzles whenever you want more. If you are playing for bragging rights, you can enter a leaderboard name to save your score and compare it on both the daily and all-time leaderboards.

How to play

Start by choosing Daily Challenge or Practice mode. In each round, you will see a blank globe with a single cyan reference country shown for orientation. You are then asked to find a named country. Drag the globe to spin it in any direction, click where you believe the named country is located, and submit your guess to receive your score. After you submit, the game moves on to the next round. A full game lasts five rounds. To track your results, enter a leaderboard name before or after playing so your score can be saved and ranked.

Tips

1. Use the cyan reference country as your anchor before making a guess, since it is the only visible clue on the entire globe.
2. Because each game runs for five rounds, treat earlier rounds as calibration for how far the target country sits from the reference point.
3. If you want to sharpen your skills, use Practice mode for random unlimited puzzles before taking on the Daily Challenge.
4. Submit a leaderboard name to compare your five-round score against other players on the daily and all-time leaderboards.
