Redividers - Storylines is a daily word challenge built around a single sentence with several blanks. Your goal is to find one word that fits the first blank, then split that same word into two or more smaller words by adding spaces so the pieces fill the remaining blanks. For example, a word like 'sunflower' might be divided into 'sun' and 'flower' to complete the sentence. The puzzle is free to play in your browser and designed to take about five minutes.
How to play
You start by choosing a single word that makes sense in the first blank. Once you have that word, you divide it into two or more new words by inserting spaces, then enter those divided words into the remaining blanks. The divided words must exactly fill the blanks in the sentence. After you check your answer, you can share your results. A perfect solve uses no hints.
Tips
- Think of compound words or words that contain smaller complete words inside them, since the divided pieces must each be a real word that fits the sentence.
- If a puzzle feels stuck, try reading the sentence aloud with different candidate words in the first blank to see which one naturally breaks into smaller words.
