What PriceTag is

PriceTag turns the football transfer window into a daily number-guessing challenge. Instead of naming tactics or recalling lineups, you are shown a real completed transfer and asked to estimate the widely reported fee. Each round features a card with the player, the selling club, the buying club, and the season, giving you just enough context to anchor your guess. Points are awarded based on how close your estimate comes to the reported fee, with the best scores going to near-perfect guesses. Everyone tackles the same five-transfer daily set, so scores are comparable across players. A separate random game mode lets you practice on additional deals any time. Whether you follow one league or the whole sport, the key is using clues like age, league, position, and era to judge what a club would realistically have paid.

How to play

Read the transfer card to see the player, selling club, buying club, and year. Form an estimate of the transfer fee in the currency context of the deal. Enter that amount, then lock in your guess to reveal the widely reported fee and earn points based on how close you were. Work through the five transfers in the daily set, or choose random game mode for extra practice. Use the player's age, league, position, and the era of the transfer to set a sensible number before confirming.
